Why, no! Infact, little missy was born "Onika Tanya Maraj" on December 8, 1984 in Saint James Trinidad and Tobago. She lived with her grandmother until age five, when she moved with her mother to Queens, NY. However her dad was abusive and apparently a drug addict. (tear)

How in the heck did she meet Lil Wayne?

This apparently is Nicki's most hated question to answer, because people ask her over-and-over again. (If your like most of us, we still don't know) Well Nicki Minaj was doing a DVD called "The Come Up" which Lil Wayne was featured on. Afterwards, Lil Wayne watched his own part of the movie, and then saw Nikki Minaj's part right after. He loved what he saw (obviously) and then signed her to his label, Young Money. 

"I rep young money, you know Slim, baby".

What is the deal behind her alter ego's?

This is a tricky question. To understand it we must transport ourselves into the mind of Nikki Minaj (too scary?) ok. Well first of all, Nikki Minaj told New York magazine that it all originated in her childhood, "to get away from all their fighting, I would imagine being a new person. "Cookie" was my first identity—that stayed with me for a while. I went on to "Harajuku Barbie", then "Nicki Minaj". Fantasy was my reality."

Today however, there are many more alter ego's. There's Roman, the "demon in Nicki",  featured in "Roman's Revenge" with Eminem. There's Martha, the motherly Nicki, featured in the "Moment 4 Life" video with Drake. Then there's Nicki-doodle, who loves reading American Minor.

Is she dating Drake?

She better not be!  Well, no one knows for sure. But let's take a look at the evidence. 

In Drake's Song "Miss Me" he raps, “I love Nicki Minaj, I told her, I’d admit it/I hope one day we get married just to say we f***ing did it/And girl, I’m f***ing serious I'm with it if you with it/’Cause your verses turn me on, and your pants are mighty fitted.”

There have been two occasions in which they have been rumored to have gotten married. 

Nicki tweeted, "Yes its true, Drake and I tied the knot"

Drake tweeted, "“Please refer to @nickiminaj as Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham and dont stare at her too long. She’s finally mine. 

In my opinion, their just really good friends with benefits.
